Shifting attitudes towards health and wellness are beginning to have a substantial impact on hotel spas across the U.S. As per PKFC’s Trends® in the Hotel Spa Industry 2013 report, spa department revenue is becoming the largest source of revenue for most hotels in today’s economy in which revenue increased by 5% for hotels included in the survey sample.
