Boca Terry’s newest team member comes with extensive experience of the hospitality industry.

It leverages ambiance, service and products or amenities to provide guests with the best experience possible”. For me, it is a lifestyle choice, not an easy one but very rewarding.
Boca Terry: Tell us about your Hospitality Background.
Michelle Mayotte: I grew up in the hospitality industry, working in multiple positions. It was the family business. My college major was a no brainer, “Hospitality Management”. I attended Florida International University (FIU) in North Miami. After graduating, I immediately immersed myself into the industry taking any position to start out and worked my way up. Over the years, I held positions in revenue management, sales & marketing, catering and events management, membership development and hotel procurement at exclusive hotels and country clubs in South Florida. I even worked for group purchasing organizations that partnered with master food distributors. I made an impact there because I understood what it was like to be on the other side and the challenges that the industry faced.
BT: How did you end up at Boca Terry?
MM: Throughout my experience, Boca Terry products have always been there! Boca Terry is a leading manufacturer of luxury robes, towels, spa accessories and bed linen. They provide high quality products and excellent customer service. It was the strong customer bond I maintained throughout the years that brought me here.
BT: What is your role at Boca Terry? Any new products to look forward to?
MM: My role is to maintain our excellent customer service, enhance our sales and marketing tools and to support operations to ensure daily activities are seamless.
We also have several new exciting projects in the works; a new fabric swatch book, robe, towel and bedding catalogs and new product spec sheets. Boca Terry is one step ahead in bringing our customers the tools and information they need to make smart purchases. We are also bringing in a new towel and bedding collection as well as a gorgeous Turkish Velour Robe available in white and grey/ shawl and kimono styles.
BT: What do you like about being a part of Boca Terry?
MM: I love that Boca Terry is a family owned and operated business. They are established in the industry for over 25 years and stand behind their products. Their custom embroidery is “bar to none” and they really care about each other and their customers.
