  7. How long will it take to receive my wholesale order?
    Blank orders typically ship within 5 business days. Standard production for embroidered orders is approximately 2 weeks after logo approval. Custom or bulk orders may require additional lead time.

  10. What is your return or exchange policy?
    We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase for non – embroidered unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Orders returned after the 60-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Embroidered items cannot be returned.   11. How are freight and shipping terms handled?
    Freight quotes are estimated freight charges and may be adjusted at time of invoicing due to price fluctuations. Shipments are usually FOB Deerfield Beach, Florida.
  12. What forms of payment do you accept?
    To avoid processing fees, we accept ACH / Bank Transfer, Check or E-Check. A 3% processing fee will be applied to any invoice paid by credit card.
